We recommended that prospective purchasers obtain advice on a Vendor’s Statement (Section 32 document) and Contract of Sale prior to making an offer on a property. Our team are able to peruse the Contract of Sale and Section 32, and provide a detailed report, providing peace of mind before making your purchase. This is provided as part of our Professional Fees.
